Soft, perfect! She loves her daisy ballet shoes. I bought narrow one size up than her regular size. Wow very satisfied.

The shoes fit according to the size chart but we're more nude in color. We ordered ballet pink which I understand is lighter than pink but these shoes were more tan in color.

The sizing is funny and finding a size chart on the site is challenging. My daughter's normal street shoe size is a 7/8 and size 10 ballet flats fit her well. Measure to the specified inches for a good fit. The quality is excellent and they will last a full season if not outgrown.

These ballet slippers were made with the same quality I remember from my dancing days and my grandnieces loved them! These girls are rough and tumble and will wear them inside and outside till they outgrow them or wear holes in the soles, whichever comes first.

Purchased the 1/2 size larger based on the recommendation. They are too large, but working with them. Also would love capezio to find a better way - elastic maybe - to avoid the tied strings which are so distracting to little ones.

Shipping Options

Orders of $75 or above qualify for free USPS shipping; for orders below $75 USPS shipping will be charged at $3.95. If the order weighs less than 1lb it will be sent by USPS First Class Mail arriving within 3-5 days. If it weighs more than 1lb it will be sent by USPS Priority Mail arriving in 3-4 days.

The following expedited shipping options are also available:

  • UPS Ground - $6.95
  • UPS 3 Day Select - $15
  • UPS 2 Day Air - $25
  • UPS Next Day Air - $35

Most orders will ship the next business day. For expedited shipping methods, place orders before 11am EST for same day shipping. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. Note UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, but USPS is able to ship to both PO and APO boxes.

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The same applies, of course, to any product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been “tried on,” but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment). Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credit.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
