My daughter said they were comfortable - she loved the daisy lining - the wider width was great for her and elastic pull allows for custom fitting around foot

my daughter wears a size 3 shoe - I ordered them in a 4.5 and she had a little extra room (good for a month at sleep away camp)

I love the ballet shoes I ordered, however, they run small which you should state on your website. My usual shoe size is 8 1/2 and I am going to have to return them as they are so tight.

After receiving my order, I was told by a fellow dancer that dance shoes should be ordered a half size bigger. I didn't know this was the norm. So, now I have to send the ones I got back and endure waiting again for the replacement.

Sizes are way off. For someone who is new to dance, I ordered according to my daughters shoe size. She needed one size larger in the Daisy shoe. I have to return them.

I am disopointed that a sales representative did not return my phone call. My jazz shoes are too tight and I was put in hold and finally got disconnected.

They arrived fast and are great! The bottom of the inside sole on one of the shoes is starting to peel in the toes,7 but other than that, they are in great condition! I use them as stage shoes.

Shipping & Returns

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple and free returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from Capezio.com.

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund - including any postage you paid up front. The same applies, of course, to any Capezio.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.

 

Here's what you do:

  1. 01. Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  2. 02. Click "Account"
  3. 03. Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  4. 04. Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  5. 05. Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  6. 06. Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service
  7. 07. When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  8. 08. Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  9. 09. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  10. 10. Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or Paypal account has been credited
