Flat Rate Shipping in the US Only!
Any Capezio.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material will be replaced. All returns for online orders can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund (less shipping charges), no exceptions. Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to Capezio.com using the methods described below. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Online purchases from this website CANNOT be returned to retail stores that carry our products. Clearance items are final sale and therefore non returnable.

Returns (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing):
- Must include return form (included in your packaging).
- Must include a copy of your packing list. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
- Must be sent postage paid.
- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
- ALL TIGHTS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
