These ballet shoes are very comfortable. I ordered one size up from street shoe size as recommended in the description and they fit perfectly. Good comfort and support. Easy to turn and spin with the leather split sole on the bottom.

Very comfortable, but within 2 weeks of youth theatre the slippers had holes in the toes and bottoms. Sizing runs very small. Order 1 1/2 to 2 sizes bigger than your normal shoe size. we'll be happy to replace the slippers. Let us know which ones need to be replaced and we will send a return label and replace the shoes.

The item, while it looked like the picture and description was sized inaccurately. I read some reviews and bought a size and half larger than shoe size, but, they are still tight and after one use we won't be able to use them again...very disappointed...

Occasionally, when I try to point my toes, the inner lining of the shoe will come loose and curl back under my toes. However, this is very rare. Otherwise, the shoes are very sturdy and comfortable.

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund - including any postage you paid up front. The same applies, of course, to any product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.


Here's what you do:

  1. 01. Sign in to your account
  2. 02. Click "Account"
  3. 03. Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  4. 04. Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  5. 05. Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  6. 06. Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service
  7. 07. When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  8. 08. Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  9. 09. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  10. 10. Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or Paypal account has been credited
