If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund - including any postage you paid up front. The same applies, of course, to any Capezio.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.

We regret that online purchases from this website cannot be returned to Capezio or other retail stores that carry our products. We will endeavor to issue your refund as soon as possible but this can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.

Send a return request email to firstname.lastname@example.org (or you can respond to your original order confirmation email). Include your order # and state the items you wish to return as well as the following reasons for return:
Upon approval you will be emailed a shipping label for your return (Please allow up to 3 days for approval).
Include a copy of your return approval as well as your packing list.
Items must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Once your return is received, you will be refunded for the items as well as the original shipping charges.
