Versatility knows no bounds in the Arch. This flexible silicone band can be worn barefoot or in combination with a Capezio® Extend seamless soft ballet shoe, pointe shoe or another split sole shoe of your choosing. An essential for those who dance barefoot or crave extra arch support.

Product Features:

  • Flexible 100% silicone band that fits around the midfoot, heel and arch
  • Arch can be worn barefoot or in combination with a Capezio Extend seamless soft ballet shoe, pointe shoe or split sole shoe
  • Women - Begin with street shoe size. Half sizes are encouraged to go up to the next size. Men - Begin 2 sizes up.
  • Recommended wear time is up to 2 consecutive hours. While acclimating to the product, muscle soreness may occur and will resolve as the product breaks in.

She tried a pair of these that another student had and they really helped her to remember to pull up her arches. We have only had them for about a week but they are helping so much more than the tape that the physical therapist had suggested. If you or your tiny dancer have feet that roll in or out (the case with the my littles friend) I would definitely recommend trying these out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from they work I have recently found my arches becoming week and became even more noticeable once I signed up for a barre strengthening class. I decided that I needed some arch support because I could feel the strain. I tried them on last week and I did not feel the strain on my arch. Now they do feel a little weird when you first wear them but It feels like something you can get used to over time and as your arch improves. I am happy with the purchase. I also bough the extend socks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good! I have the flattest feet around, causing major cramping in my \\\"arch\\\" when pointing. Revisiting ballet after 10+ years and really feel like this is building strength in my \\\"arch\\\" causing less cramps. I try to wear them daily and during class. Just don't wear them for too long initially as it will cause cramps. They smell really nice too!

I can feel an immediate difference when I put these on and only have to wear them for 30mins-1hr for total relief. Although they're just a piece of silicone they are super cute and smell great!\\\ Thank you Capezio!\\\ \\\ *I definitely recommend purchasing 2-3 sizes UP!*

These support my arches which had begun hurting. Even though I’m not injured anymore I will continue to wear these to class because they help so much to prevent injury. I’m very very impressed.

At first the straps are very tight and I wore them for an hour, but the 2nd time I wore them for 2 hours. I haven't taught any longer in them yet, but I think they would help for a full night of teaching. Great invention for these worn out feet!

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:
  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
