Arch is a seamless, flexible, silicone band that fits around the midfoot, heel and arch to provide essential support and stability while dancing. Reduces over-stretching of the plantar fascia and Achilles and can help improve pointe work. Supports good body posture and alignment. An essential for all those who dance barefoot and those who want more arch support. May prevent injury and aid recovery. Minimal in its design, Arch can be worn barefoot or in combination with a Capezio Extend seamless soft ballet shoes, pointe shoes, or split sole shoes. When starting out, wear Arch for 30 minutes per session only and gradually increase the wear time to 2 hours. Available in black or pink.

Shipping Options

Orders of $75 or above qualify for free Standard Shipping; for orders below $75 Standard Shipping will be charged at $3.95.

The following shipping options are also available:

  • UPS Ground - $6.95
  • UPS 3 Day Select - $15
  • UPS 2 Day Air - $25
  • UPS Next Day Air - $35

Most orders will ship the next business day. Standard Shipping and UPS Ground orders may take an additional 2 business days to process. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. Note UPS does not ship to PO or APO boxes, but Standard Shipping is able to ship to both PO and APO boxes.

 

Returns

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance and to make sure that happens we offer a simple and free returns policy on all our products when you buy direct from Capezio.com.

If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The same applies, of course, to any Capezio.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been “tried on,” but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of actual use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe, make-up/deodorant stains on a garment). Used items that are returned to us will be disposed of and you will not receive any credit.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:

  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited

Here's what you do if you signed out as a GUEST:

  • Reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email and state which items you would like to return
  • Advise us as to whether you are returning for an exchange or a refund
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Include either your original packing list or the RMA in the return package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited

We regret that online purchases from this website cannot be returned to retail stores that carry our products. We will endeavor to issue your refund as soon as possible but this can sometimes take up to 2 weeks.
