Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hallam split sole ballet flat Ordered these 1.5 sizes up in wide for my toddler who has a wide foot, and they were still too small. I returned and reordered (exchange process was complicated and I got them faster by reordering) for a full two sizes up and they are still too small. If this makes sense at all, they are too short and my child finds the elastic bands painful. Otherwise, they are a beautiful looking shoe and they are so soft. If my child had a narrower foot, I would probably still probably order 2 sizes up. Hope this feedback helps someone else deciding between sizes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ballet Shoe for Slender Foot The associate was patient with my inquiry about how the shoe sizes were labeled (it is not an intuitive system for the common person). My daughter has slender feet which has proved tricky for footwear purchases in the past. I ordered two sizes of this ballet shoe and the first size that I ordered fit perfectly. The shoe size indicated that it was a Medium width but I suspect they run a bit on the narrow side since it is a dancer's shoe.

I think that the child size was close to a good fit in sizing but the adult size seemed to run small quite a bit. My daughter wears a 6.5 street shoe. She tried the 7.5 ballet shoe and it fit. Its a good product. I will recommend it to my students.

I ordered my daughter a whole sneaker size larger then what she wears and she couldn't even get her foot in them. Wound up having to jump 3.5 sizes larger then her actual show size. Wish I would have known that instead of ordering online to save time because I had to run to the store after all.

I ordered these for my 4yr old I wanted some for her without that pesky tie string most have, these seem nice made I took advise of reviews & ordered 2 sizes up so she is a 11-11 1/2 street shoe so I ordered a size 13 they fit well nice tight straps & with a tad of grow room at the toe! We will see how they hold up!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sizing I was very happy with the quality of the slippers but the sizing was way off. My granddaughter wears a size 10 wide shoe so I ordered a size 10 1/2 wide. We couldn't even come close to getting them on her foot. I will reorder but I'm not sure what size.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:
  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited

  • Reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email and state which items you would like to return
