Our Response to Covid-19
We are in this together. At Capezio, community and family have always been in the center of who we are. It’s been part of our existence since 1887. For the wellbeing of our customers and employees, and to help slow the spread of COVID-19, we’ve made some important decisions to ensure the safety and health of our community.
Our fulfillment center remains open, and we are carefully following CDC and local guidelines which include social distancing, regular deep cleaning, and encouraging our team members to stay home if feeling ill. All warehouse employees are wearing face covering and other protective gear – for both their and your safety. At this time, our warehouse is processing most orders within a three-to-four business days. Your notifications from us will have the most up-to-date information about your order.
In accordance with local guidelines, most of our stores are open. To ensure the health and safety of our customers and store associates, Capezio will provide all store employees with preventative, disposable face masks and gloves before each shift. Associates will frequently disinfect hard surfaces, perform extra hand washing during their shifts, and spend additional time cleaning each evening and throughout the day. We will enforce social distancing practices and provide hand sanitizer throughout the store. Our store associates will ensure compliance with safety measures to make your store experience as safe as possible.
OUR RETURN POLICY
At this time, we are accepting returns and exchanges for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
