Rated 4 out of 5 by from For the Men Shoes are good and hold fairly well. When purchasing for a male foot, go up 2 or 2 1/2 sizes if possible. I got mine and they were 1/2 size small, but they do stretch over time. I recommend stuffing the shoe after wearing them so it can help continue the stretch, and also wick away any moisture in shoe. Even when stretching them, the soles hold fairly well, and nylon around arch of foot is flexible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally the right size I always have a devil of a time buying dance shoes online for my son. Stores also don’t carry much for boys. These were my third pair and I finally got the right size. My son wears street shoes men’s 7 to 7.5. He has a very high arch, even for a dancer. We ordered two sizes up as recommended and they fit well. There is enough room for growth, but not too much. The split aspect makes them more comfortable than lace up character shoes. My son uses these for both.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong size! I had to order this pair of shoes TWICE! I usually wear size 11 1/2 so I started with that. Ha! Then I ordered size 13. Those I could get my foot in but they were still so small as to strangle my foot. THEN when I complained on my return I was told they run 4 sizes too small. THAT IS NOT “RUNNING SMALL”. THAT IS MIS-LABELED. And if they knew that why not tell people on the website? It took several months for orders, returns and refunds. I had to make a special call to get the return authorization. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice quality...follow sizing recommendations Finally replacing my shoes from high school (I'm 35)....these are made really nicely. The neoprene arch is more supportive than I'm used to but after wearing around the living room for a while, I started to get used to it. I'm a full size 8, maybe a smidge over since kids...I ordered the 9. There's no spare room at all, but I like them snug and know they will stretch a tad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extraordarily comfortable and stylish I discovered these shoes in both black and beige about 1 year ago. They are just wonderful, as an alternative to regular shoes. I wear them at home, and for casual wear. As a therapist, I can wear them professionally as well, because dress is somewhat casual. For other occupations, they are good for dress-down Fridays, or for women who are on their feet much of a day. My exercise teacher said to a class full of women that they are as healthy as walking barefoot. and very good for your feet. If they were only enormously comfortable and good for your feet, I wouldn't wear them. But I feel quite stylish in them as well. For approximately $40 or so, they're a steal, in terms of the enormous amount of usage I get out of them. Would recommend them enormously. I always feel great, wearing them on my feet.

I often wear them around the house as slippers and find myself leaping or twirling every so often b/c I feel like I’m in dance mood — and I often travel wearing them. Awesome for airports, security, wearing on planes and then using at hotel gym. Soft leather, flexible sole.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good every day jazz shoes. I have been buying this style for 3 years now. My daughter use them several times per week and she loves them. She always ask for the exact same brand and style. They are very durable. I only change them when they smell bad (dancer's feet) or when her feet have grown. On street shoes she is 9 1/2 W and in jazz shoes she is 10 1/2 W.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stick with the sizing guide Stick with the sizing guide and you should get a good fit. I have flat feet, so I'm already seeing some wear next to the sole on the ball of the foot, but I'm doubtful a different size would fix it as that's just how I bear my weight. Good for beginning dancers or those in theatre that need a plain, lightweight shoe.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:

  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return

  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
