Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me The show is nice quality and well made, but not for me. It fit the length of my foot, but it was too narrow, and bunched weird in the arch. I find it important to be able to spread your toes and feel the floor beneath you. While I did not try a wider version of the Juliette, if this shoe doesn’t work for you I recommend their new “hanami.” It feels like a sock because it is super stretchy and not restrictive. The only problem with the hanami is that they run super small. I got a 9.5 and I am regularly a 7. Hope this helped!

They fit me pretty well but they just started ripping so I was pretty disappointed with that.. over all though I really did love the shoe I thought it was very pretty and great!

It said these run small and even has a converter so you can put in your normal shoe size and it'll spit out the size ballet slipper to buy. I put in a 4 and it told me to buy a 4.5. I ordered a 5 and my daughter couldn't even get it on! Terrible sizing and completely inaccurate. Sending them back. A similar thing happened the first time I purchased from this company so I won't be purchasing again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After finally tearing a After finally tearing a hole in my old leather ballet slippers of 12 years, I decided that it was high time that I bought a new pair. My only complaint with the slippers is that they run very narrow. It causes some mild discomfort from the string's tension in the front of the slipper. Otherwise, the slippers are quite breathable. In the future, I will be purchasing my capezio shoes in a wide size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from canvas ballet slipper runs super small. size chart recommended we order one half size up from my daughters street shoe size. These were too small. We returned and ordered another half size up only to again return and order another half size up. The shoes we now have that fit her just right are 1.5 sizes bigger than recommended. So, beware.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent shoe, but I’m a beginner I may not know what a good soft ballet shoe should be like yet, but these seem well made and comfortable. I love the criss-cross elastic as a design element, and so far those are durable as well. They might run just a tad too small, I ordered as recommended by the site but might go up half a size next time.

I had the sizing all wrong. my daughter wears a 6 1/2 shoe, I ordered a 7, and they where still small. ended up going to our nearest shoe store (45 minutes away).

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:
  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
Here's what you do if you signed out as a GUEST:
  • Reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email and state which items you would like to return
