I ordered my usual size, and found them to be a little tight and squishing my toes. I'm hoping they will stretch since they are a nice, soft leather. Very excited about my purchase!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Daisy Ballet Slipper I love how the slipper looks, but I should have ordered a Narrow width, and I do find them quite snug on my big toe for both feet, and am hoping they will stretch over time to not be so tight on my big toes. Since I ordered both a pink and black pair, I am going to use them, but next time I will order a Narrow width, and maybe a size 9 instead of size 8, as I do believe they run just a tad small (if I find they do not stretch as am hoping they will). Otherwise, I do believe I will enjoy using both pairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, great service Shoes fit my granddaughter just right. Ordered 1/2 size larger than her street shoes as instructed. She is very happy with them. Though they run a little small in comparison with street shoes, it was not difficult to figure out what size to buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its great but the size chart/customer service recommendation is a bit off the pair are great for the price, my wife loved em. Issue was I asked them if the sizes run small or larger than normal shoe sizes and they told me get a bigger by 1. so if she was a size 7, ge ta size 8. Well turned out she needed a size 7 and a half, so just an extra half size. anyway regardless it was great and appreciate the quick and speedy delivery even though I chose the slowest shipping option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I don't like a I don't like a lining in my house slippers, just leather. I ordered 2 pairs of these slippers and immediately loved the comfort. Have been wearing one pair around the house for about 6 weeks and the cotton lining in the bottom is starting to curl around the toes. I may try to clue it back in place, but overall, love just plain LEATER, unlined slippers around the house. Great buy!

The leather molds to your foot, and the sole allows feel and grip for better control. I also wore this shoe when I got married, when heels were no longer comfortable. The quality then, is just the same-most excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like my Capezio I like my Capezio Black Daisy's--but was replacing an older pair (I use the for bedroom shoes)--and the quality of leather on these does not look nearly as nice as the originals--which were a softer, richer and less shiny leather. Also--the elastic was there to attach if you chose and not already attached.

Unfortunately I had to return and reorder because they were too big. Street size is 8 1/2 or 9 so I ordered a 9N and it was way off. It's worth ordering again though! The return process was also very easy!

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:
  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
Here's what you do if you signed out as a GUEST:
  • Reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email and state which items you would like to return
