We are in need of part time sales associates who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the Smithfield, RI location.

Part Sales Associate Requirements:

• Available to start immediately
• Must be available on Saturdays
• Customer service and sales driven
• Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
• Strong communication skills
• Some retail experience preferred
• Detail oriented
• Experience in dance preferred but not required

We are in need of part time management team members (key holders) who can develop strong relationships with our customers in the Wellesley Hills, MA location.

Part Time Key Holder Requirements:

• Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful
• Shopify Point of Sale knowledge preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills; leadership qualities
• Monday- Friday and Saturday Mornings
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
• Ability to manage/train staff members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and certain holidays
• Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Including but not limited to:

• Planning, assigning and directing work
• Appraising performance

Part Time Key Holder Requirements:

General Requirements:

• Dance, Theatre and Arts experience not mandatory but helpful
• Shopify Point of Sale knowledge preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills; leadership qualities
• Monday- Friday 10:45am-6:15pm, Saturday 9:45am-5:15pm
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong selling strategies when it comes to fashion and dance apparel
• Ability to manage/train staff members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and certain holidays
• Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per fiscal month
• Ability to work a minimum of two opening shifts and two closing shifts per calendar week
• Must have knowledge of basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating percentages)
