Are there requirements to use Klarna?
- A US-issued debit or credit card
- To be 18+ years old
- A US billing address
- An SMS-capable phone number
How do I sign up?
If your basket is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna on capezio.com, the option will be presented at checkout. After confirming your phone number, you’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your identity. You’ll then set up your payment method with Klarna and accept the terms of your payment plan. To use Klarna in Capezio stores, download the Klarna app and follow the instructions provided.
Which Payment Methods are Accepted?
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). Please note, prepaid cards are not accepted.
What if I can’t make a Payment?
Please reach out to Klarna’s customer service team and they’ll be happy to look into the options available. You can contact them 24/7 in the Klarna app or at Klarna.com
Are there late fees?
A late fee may be charged if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please see terms for full details.
Does Klarna impact my credit score?
Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Capezio run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.
What if I make a return?
Capezio.com Purchases
Return by mail:
- If Capezio receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to your Klarna account and the amount and length of your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
- If Capezio receives your new or gently used item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to an online credit that can be used at capezio.com but is not valid for use in Capezio stores. This credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.
Return in store:
- If Capezio receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Visa/Mastercard debit/credit card of your choice. This credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.
- If Capezio receives your new or gently used item within 31–60 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a Capezio store credit that can be used at Capezio stores but is not valid for use on capezio.com. This credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.
Is there anything else I should know?
See US payment terms. A higher initial payment may be required for some consumers. CA residents: Loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law License. Order anything and pay in interest-free installments.
