Rated 3 out of 5 by from sizing I have bought these shoes before for my grandkids and they are good quality and long wearing. But it is nearly impossible to get the right size ordering online. Each time, I have had to send at least one pair back because they were the wrong size. Because they are split sole, it is hard to get them at any store locally, so I am pretty much stuck with you. It would help a great deal if you had something like a chart with foot lengths in inches corresponding to sizes. It hardly seems like that would be difficult.

Daughter is a Cecchetti level II, studio level IV ballerina and wears many different types of slippers. This is a beautiful subtle pink, stretches to fit (so can be used after a performance for practice), and works well on many surfaces. The Juliet runs small, as we personally had to order four sizes up from her street size. She wears a children's 4 in street shoes, and we ordered an Adult 8. I ordered overnight and received it within the promised time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great flat shoe My granddaughter loves these flats. They look lovely on her foot and they wear well. Very soft leather. Sizing is always a challenge for us as she is moving from youth to adult. She wears a 3 big kids street shoe and a 4 1/2 adult in the Juliet flats.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have a pair I have a pair of these ballet shoes and they have been my favorites by far. The pair I have already is made from the softest glove leather and are so fine and flexible you can feel the floor. This new pair is nice, but although it carries the same style name and number, the leather is not nearly as soft and flexible. It was specifically the qualities of the leather that prompted me to buy a new pair of the same, so I am quite disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but cheaper quality than I expected The delivery speed was excellent, and customer service has been quick. The shoes were made of cheaper, thinner leather than I expected for the price, and they already had a couple of tiny tears, but I needed shoes for a class the next day, and they are working well so far after two classes. I will probably be looking for something higher quality or at least cheaper for the same quality when I need to buy shoes again.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are marked as CLOSEOUT are being offered as a final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted.

Purchases made using promotional cash (e.g. CAPEZIO CASH) or winnings will be given a replacement promotional credit on receipt of the return, however the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels will be offered.

Capezio will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but the Capezio Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer.

In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the Capezio Return Policy, the Capezio Return Policy does not apply.

Here's what you do if you had created an account:
  • Sign in to your Capezio.com account
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Order History" in the left hand navigation
  • Click "View Order" for the order you wish to return
  • Click "Return" (below the shopping cart) then specify the item you wish to return as well as the condition and reason for return
  • Click "Submit" and the return request will be submitted to Capezio Customer Service (Please allow up to 3 days for approval)
  • When approved you will receive 2 emails: i) a returns merchandising authorization (RMA) and ii) a pre-paid free returns shipping label
  • Print out the RMA and include in the package along with the product(s) and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  • Drop the package off at your nearest UPS store
  • Once the package is received you will receive an email confirming that the credit card or PayPal account has been credited
Here's what you do if you signed out as a GUEST:
  • Reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email and state which items you would like to return
